TYSONS, VA — B.GOOD, a fast-casual farm-to-table restaurant chain, will open its first DC area location in Tysons on Thursday, Nov. 14. The address is 1495 Cornerside Boulevard, Suite 118, Vienna, VA.
The chain emphasizes sourcing some ingredients from local, independent farmers. The opening day menu for the Tysons includes produce and dairy products from farms in North Carolina. Food is prepared fresh in house.
“We pride ourselves on having a menu that meets today’s wide variety of lifestyles and dietary needs, and we’re thrilled to serve those working and living in Tysons,” said B.GOOD CEO Chris Fuqua in a statement.
Menu items range from kale and grain bowls to burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads and sides. The restaurant’s twist on spaghetti and meatballs features zucchini noodles, eggplant meatballs, kale, parmesan, tomato and marinara sauce. The eggplant meatballs are also available as a side, in addition to avocado toast, fries and mac & cheese. Diners can opt for a regular beef burger or try vegetarian options like the beet pineapple burger or poblano quinoa burger. The menu is rounded out by kids items, smoothies and milkshakes.
The grand opening on Nov. 14 will feature smoothie samples, prize giveaways and a ribbon cutting at 11 a.m. The first 50 guests will receive a free entree for their next visit.
This is the 65th B.GOOD location in the U.S. and joins two other Virginia locations in Richmond. B.GOOD has 78 locations around the world.
