The Reston Historic Trust & Museum to host an At-Home Cardboard Challenge

Alexandra Campbell Around Town

Sponsored by The Kensington Reston

In lieu of the Lake Anne Cardboard Boat Regatta (we’ll be back next year), we invite the community to use their creative energy to fabricate their favorite Reston place, landmark or boat. Entries must be made out of cardboard and duct tape and submitted by August 31, 2020.

Participants should email either images or a video of their cardboard creation to info@restonmuseum.org or tag @restonmuseum on Twitter, Facebook and/or Instagram.

Register at https://www.restonmuseum.org/cardboardchallenge for a chance to have your creation exhibited inside the Reston Museum during October 2020 and a chance to receive a one-of-a-kind trophy from NovaLabs. Registration is not required to participate in the challenge but only those who register will be considered for the exhibit and award. Suggested donation is $25. Those selected will be notified in September 2020.
