Whether you’re still toying with the idea of home roasting or have already started the emotional up-and-down process of roasting your own coffee, come learn the ins and outs of equipment purchasing, sourcing green beans, how to refine and track roasts, tasting basics, and, or course, roaster maintenance and safety. Michael, Q grader and home roaster for 20 years, happily shares his stories of success and disaster; of great cups and howling smoke detectors —hoping you’ll walk away inspired and feeling more a part of the ‘home roasting’ community!
