If you think beer and Peruvian food makes a perfect match, the newly-opened Inca Social is the answer for you. The Peruvian restaurant opened near the Dunn Loring Metro at 2670 Avenir Place Vienna. Eater DC reported that Inca Social is located in the former Black Squirrel space.

According to Eater DC, the menu of Peruvian specialties targets commuters going to and from the Metro. Starters include Inca wings, fried Inca balls and empanadas. Other traditional dishes like lomo saltado and bistec a la pobre, sandwiches and desserts round out the offerings.

The restaurant’s craft beer menu features mostly Virginia and DC breweries, including Alexandria’s Port City Brewing Company and Lorton’s Fair Winds Brewing Company.

The restaurant makes numerous references to Peru, from a mural of Machu Picchu to a mascot named Lima Llama. Hours are 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday to Wednesday and 11 a.m.-1:30 a.m. Thursday to Saturday. For more information and reservations, visit
