McLean Chocolate Festival Returns For Delicious Fun In 2019

Does eating chocolate everything sound like the perfect day to you? The annual McLean Chocolate Festival will be ready to satisfy your sweet tooth on Sunday, Jan. 27 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. The event will be held at the McLean Community Center, 1234 Ingleside Avenue, McLean.

Local vendors will be on hand with varieties of chocolate and non-chocolate desserts. Participating vendors include:

  • Cameron’s Coffee and Chocolates
  • The Chocolatier’s Palette
  • Robeks Juice of McLean

  • The Capital Candy Jar
  • Mike’s Fudge
  • Sugar Mama’s Ice Cream
  • Sugar Mama’s Kid’s Table
  • BOSO Kitchen
  • The Chocolate Chick
  • Seasons 52 Restaurant, Tysons
  • Le Papiyon Chocolatier
  • Veritas Artizen Chocolate
  • River-Sea Chocolates
  • HoneyCakes Desserts
  • Arcay Chocolates

The event also features live entertainment, a marketplace featuring local businesses, and a children’s game room. American Heritage will provide a demonstration on chocolate making in the colonial era and discussion on the history of chocolate.

McLean High School Interact Club students will have chocolate-related games for children in the DuVal art studio. A raffle will be held for three chocolate baskets and a chocolate pearl necklace.

The event supports the Rotary Club of McLean, which gives back to local charities. Admission is $2 per person and free for children 3 and under. Cash is preferred.
