Saturday, October 30
Pumpkin Painting at The Perch
12:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m.
Starr Hill Biergarten will host a pumpkin painting event in partnership with Lucky Dog Animal Rescue. Expect plenty of pumpkins and painting supplies, adorable (and adoptable!) pups, a face painting artist, and live music on the amphitheater. Event proceeds will be donated to support Lucky Dog’s mission.

3rd Annual Halloween Bark Bash
12:00 p.m. – 3:00pm
Get ready for the 3rd year of One Loudoun’s signature pet event event! The Halloween Bark Bash at One Loudoun is an outdoor, Halloween-themed festival, bringing together local pet-focused businesses, animal rescue groups, and pet owners for an exciting day of trick or treating, adoptable dogs, music, costumes, and animals galore.

Dive into the RCC Terry L. Smith Aquatic Center’s Boo at the Pool! Some treats will float for the little ones, others will sink for those seeking a little more adventure. Each participating child will receive a goody bag upon completion of the event. Children wearing poolside costumes will receive an additional prize.

Fairfax City partnered up with Mason Student Government to bring you a full Halloween festival with games, music prizes and candy!
Halloween Best in Show at The Boro
1:00 p.m. – 3:00p.m.
Join The Boro for the ultimate dog costume contest! Pets will be able to strut the doggy catwalk and pose for judges with one winner crowned “Best in Show”. The top three looks will take home a prize-packed doggy gift basket.
This spooktacular day will be filled with trick-or-treating, games, and Halloween crafts. It is guaranteed to be a paws-itively wonderful day!

Two time slots: 1:00 p.m. – 3 p.m. or 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The cost to attend and participate in carnival activities is $1 per person (adults and children), cash only at the door.
Enjoy a spooktacular family fun Halloween Carnival in Cherry Hill Park for kids ages 2-11! This year’s event will include games, inflatables, live music, and snacks. The Mount Daniel Elementary Second Grade class will perform at 1:15 p.m. and King Bullfrog at 2 p.m. and 3:45 p.m.

2021 Old Town Fairfax Fall Crawl

The Fall Crawl is a timed self-guided tour featuring Old Town Fairfax City restaurants where patrons can plot their own course as they eat quick bites and enjoy drink specials while dressed in their best Halloween costumes.

Eden Center Movie Night Presents: HOCUS POCUS!

Bring the family to Eden Center for a delicious dinner and stay for a FREE movie in the parking lot! Sit in your own car and listen through your vehicle stereo speakers. Join Mosaic for a Spooktacular Halloween. From store open to store close, stop by your favorite shops for trick-or-treating! Shop around at our FRESHFARM Farmers Market from 9 AM – 2 PM, and get your face painted at the Vienna Singing Princesses pop-up tent from 12 PM – 6 PM in Strawberry Park. Layout your blankets, spread out your candy, and enjoy The Addams Family on our big screen in Strawberry Park, starting at 6 PM.

Trick or treat! Children up to age 12 are encouraged to wear their favorite Halloween costume, experience the Haunted House, and enjoy trick or treating with local merchants in a safe environment right in the heart of town.
Stop by The Haunted House by Great Falls Boy Scout Troop 55 and Adeler Jewelers Spooky Porch.
4:00 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.
Bring your pet on a leash dressed up in its favorite costume! Parade begins at the The Arts of Great Falls gallery (756 Walker Rd). Judging at 4:30, Prizes for Special Categories. Pets must be cleared from the area by 4:50.
