Taco Bamba has launched “Pack The Bowl” on menus at each of its six locations in Northern Virginia and Rockville, Maryland.
Pack the Bowl is Taco Bamba’s answer to salads, full of vegetables, grains, crunchy bits, and most importantly, they are packed with flavor.
Ingredients include Bamba power mix (kale, carrots, cabbage, sprouts), sweet corn and black bean quinoa, marinated avocado and bell peppers, cucumber pico de gallo, garlic herb spread, pickled onions and chiles, Mexi-trail mix (toasted pumpkin seeds, crispy onions, crushed tortilla chips), and salsa verde ranch.
The bowls are priced at $14. They are not customizable, but any ingredient can be removed and they include a choice of protein.
