Reston Museum Reston Home Tour tickets are now on sale online!Celebrate Reston’s diverse and inspiring architecture on this self-guided tour of seven stunning properties. The Tour showcases spectacular homes, each transformed by its owners’ style. By capitalizing on Reston’s lush green space, many with lake views, these homes highlight what is uniquely Reston.
The Reston Home Tour is October 21, 2023 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tour is self-guided with volunteer docents stationed at each of the homes.
“This year’s theme, A Style All Their Own, is personified in each of the seven properties. Starting with the original architectural elements of their homes, each homeowner thoughtfully created new designs and spaces – and added unique features – to make the home their own. “We hope everyone enjoys all the delightfully personal pieces and meaningful artwork showcased throughout the tour. Each homeowner beautifully integrated their style – and we are so thankful they agreed to share their home with us,” says Reston Museum Executive Director Reston Museum.
A complimentary bites and bubbles will be hosted at Lake Anne Coffee House and Wine Bar from 11 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and a wine tasting and appetizer sampling will be offered at The Wine Cabinet from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Stop by the Reston Museum during the tour to view the new temporary exhibit “Restonians of Note” featuring people who grew up in Reston and have made an impact in their chosen field.
